  • We assess your eligibility for UK placement
  • We review your qualifications against UK requirements
  •  We provide feedback on any gaps or additional requirements

Step 2: Job Matching and Application (2-4 weeks)

What happens

  • We match you with suitable UK job opportunities
  • We connect you with our UK partner, Alwayz Positive Limited (licensed sponsor)
  •  We submit your application to UK employers
  • We arrange virtual or phone interviews

What you do

  • Prepare for interviews (we provide coaching)
  • Respond promptly to interview invitations
  • Be professional and enthusiastic
    Result: You receive a job offer from a UK employer!

Step 3: Certificate of Sponsorship (COS) Assignment (1-2 weeks)

What happens

  • UK employer (Alwayz Positive Limited) assigns you a Certificate of Sponsorship
  •  COS includes:
  • Job title and duties
  • Salary (minimum £29,000-£38,700 depending on role)
  •  Start date
  • Your personal information
  • You receive COS reference number
    Important: COS is valid for 90 days. You must apply for your visa within this period

Step 4: Document Preparation (2-4 weeks)

5. Other Documents

  • Valid passport (at least 6 months validity)
  • Educational certificates
  • Professional registration
  • Employment references

1. TB Test (1-2 days)

  •  Book appointment at approved clinic (Lancet Laboratories or Synlab Nigeria)
  • Take TB test
  •  Receive TB certificate (valid for 6 months)

2. IELTS UKVI Test (if needed) (1-2 weeks)

  • Register for IELTS UKVI (Academic or General)
  • Take test at approved center (British Council or IDP)
  • Receive results (valid for 2 years)
  • For healthcare roles: Overall 7.0, Listening 7.0, Reading 6.5, Writing 6.5, Speaking 7.0

3. Police Clearance Certificate (2-4 weeks)

  •  Apply at Nigeria Police Force Headquarters or state command
  •  Provide fingerprints and ID
  • Receive certificate (valid for 6 months.

4. Bank Statements

  • Obtain bank statements showing £1,270 held for 28 consecutive days  (May be waived if employer certifies support)

Step 5: Visa Application (1-2 hours online + biometrics appointment)

1. Online Application

  •  Create account on UK government visa website
  • Complete Skilled Worker visa application form
  • Pay visa fee: £719 (up to 3 years)
  • Pay Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS): £1,035 per year (e.g., £3,105 for 3 years)
  •  Upload supporting documents
  •  Book biometrics appointment

2. Biometrics Appointment

  • Attend UK Visa Application Centre (VAC) in Lagos or Abuja
  • Provide fingerprints and photograph
  •  Submit original documents (passport, certificates)
  •  Receive acknowledgment receipt

Step 6: Visa Processing and Decision (3-8 weeks)
